Services
We repair household appliances including washing machines, refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, dryers, and stoves and ovens, usually at the customer’s property in Dubai.
Bookings
- Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or the website form.
- Arrival times are estimates and we will inform you of any delay.
- An adult must be present and provide safe access to the appliance.
Quotes
The technician diagnoses the appliance and shares the price before work begins. No repair is done without your approval. Any visit or inspection charge is explained at booking.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted methods are confirmed at booking.
Parts
We use genuine or good-quality compatible parts. If a part must be ordered, we share the timing and any deposit required.
Warranty
Warranty on parts and labour is stated on your invoice. It covers the specific repair done and excludes misuse, power surges, water damage, unrelated faults and work by others.
Cancellations
Please let us know early if you need to cancel or reschedule. Parts ordered for your appliance may not be refundable.
Liability
We work with care in your home. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, misuse or indirect losses such as spoiled food. Our liability is limited to the value of the service.
Independent Service
Capital Appliance Repair L.L.C is an independent company and not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer unless stated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai.
